no, you said they kick our ass up and down the court. they don't. they've been, actually, beaten by us more times than they have done that. but those are just facts. who needs those.

 

The owners are gonna choose the coach not the GM - that’s just how this ownership group works

 

The facts are the records - sure we got lucky one game and beat them (the first two games are irrelevant because no Giannis and no Embiid). They have a better roster and a better core and will probably be a better team long term

I don’t think we match up well with any of the top teams in the East - we may match up well with Toronto but they still handled us with ease last year and they are better this year and we are worse

But yeah this team is locked into the 8th seed no matter what (and it’s probably a blessing in disguise we are losing our first round pick because we’d just take another shitty dude with length and zero basketball talent anyways) so I’ll get comfortable in the void calm down and hope for the best.

got a good coach and became a division winner and even after losing that superstar had a solid foundation to go forward landing two very good additional players. that’s the blueprint follow and the difference one good coaching hire can make.

i mean, it is haha. we saw lebron can beat the team by himself last night. boston has always had our number, though i guess that depends on the health of their guys as much as it does the health of ours. we’ve been competitive consistently against toronto and matchup really well with them, and they have the additional stigma of being choke artists
