we get brogdon back. we get an injury exception of 10m for teletovic. we have a starting lineup that is the same as the one earlier in the season when we were the 3rd seed and we have an actual coach. bledsoe-brogdon-giannis is a very solid core to build around, with solid backups like snell, delly and sterling around. pick up someone with the exception like nerlens or land a second round stud like we have the last two years. jesus christ dude. are you ever satisfied?

The injury exception isn’t a sure thing yet and I’m sorry that I’m not counting on the team drafting another good player in the second round

Mainly I think it’s because I don’t trust or believe in this ownership group or GM hiring the right guy

why don't you trust the GM? we haven't seen anything from him yet to hate or love him since he is in his first year on the job with a team that's cash poor. he made an incredibly good trade landing a player that, with his own flaws sure, is an incredible defensive guard that can go off with a solid playbook. and we gave up a player who has been irrelevant on the team he was traded to and even worse on the team that signed him afterwards. even without the pick, i would say that's a pretty incredible trade by any metric lol.

the ownership group thing is fair but owners are made into too big of an issue in the league. there's, like, 40 different owners in the group. they didn't want to fire kidd but as soon as horst made the call to do so he got approval. acting like they're some Machiavellian shadow group running the team is contrary to facts.
