And they asked for him in a trade where there's no reason they would've had to take him back lol

Fuck yeah they did well by him

 

I honestly believe Ohtani will be a bust. Both at the plate and the mound. I think a lot of teams will be happy. He has been awful all spring.

 

He's played a handful of games in spring training and he's a bust... okay

 

So many people want him to fail and I just don’t get it

 

I hope he rules just because my co-worker is an angels fan and I dont want him miserable forever.

 

I am calling it early. He WILL be a bust. He will be optioned to AAA after 2 months or less. Watch and learn.

 

He could spend the next two years in the minors and still not end up a bust lol

 

How will he be a bust though? He was only given ~$3MM there's plenty of guys in organizations that were paid 2X or more and are much older and career minor leaguers that I wouldn't consider "busts"
