that is something i truly never expected anyone on this forum to say to me hahah... where in Canada are you at?

 

Canada is the most enticing place for me to move. Just appeals to me more than these southern beach towns. Only place in American I'd really like to live is Florida. Every time I go there I have the best time. But that may be due to small doses.

 

Haha, I need to remember this next time I get mad about having to drive 2 and a half hours to London for a show.

my only complaint is lack of tours that come through here - hence me driving 13 hours to see the Hotelier haha.
I lived in Georgia for a couple years and i absolutely LOVE that neck of the woods.

 

Yeah no one ever comes to Canada and if they do it's pretty much just Van, Toronto, Montreal.

 

dude. its the worst when a band you love advertises a tour as a "US / Canadian Tour", then you get STOKED... go look at the dates.... "Toronto"... and.... thats it.

 

oh yeah I imagine its sparse in the tour department. Never been to Georgia but I've heard its very nice.

I'm considering moving to Charlotte which is a pretty big city relative to NC. It has skyscraper like buildings and a frantic nightlife which is kind of alien to me but also enticing.

 

Lots of bands hit up Charlotte.

The Fillmore there is an amazing venue.

you from a pretty small city / town in NC? Edmonton where i live here in Canada has just over 1mill for population, pretty good. move up man hah!

I like Michigan a lot, I really do, but I've kind of romanticized the idea of moving to Canada every now and then. Maybe someday.

 

this thread is the happiest / friendliest / least contentious thread i have ever been a part of in an album roll out lol... i guess you could say its full of Goodness.

 

yep, I live in Holden Beach. Population of roughly 600 people. Its part of the Myrtle Beach Metropolitan strip, which is a series of small beaches and towns including Myrtle Beach, SC which is probably the biggest in population at about 27,000.

Needless to say, we're pretty close knit in my town.

The town I technically live in has about 1000 residents but I live just about 5 miles outside of Kalamazoo which has around 20000 people.
