    Also Kacey is playing in the UK this weekend as part of the Country 2 Country festival (she's headlining the Saturday). I'm so gutted I can't go, the ticket prices for the show are pretty expensive (especially to be anywhere close enough to see) and there's no way I'd be able to find a mate willing to pay that kind of money for someone they're not into.

    so if the UK tour is in the fall I don't think we're getting the headlining US tour until early next year most likely

    I’m quite annoyed her London date is Wembley. The capacity of that place is huge compared to the other dates on the tour (like 4 times bigger). I might have to travel to Bristol instead, I’d have to take time off work for that one though :tear:

    THESE SONGS. She’s a god. This record is gonna eclipse a second album that I feel like built on her debut. Romantic but not cloying, musically pretty simple arrangements but well-executed and seamless, vocally very impressive, lyrically as clever as she’s ever been. There’s a swagger to “Butterflies” and it’s just so clear how comfortable she is right now. I love it. Can’t wait for the record
