Yeah, I thought it was pretty obvious that something happened to him even if the what was unclear

Yeah, I just thought it would've worked better if they had made the 'what happened' slightly more obvious. This isn't anything I'd consider a real criticism, though; I was just throwing stuff out there.

Gonna watch Housebound in a few. Not sure how I never heard of it before as I'm usually on top of well-received horror comedies, ha.

No End House is so much better than Candle Cove and I really enjoyed Candle Cove.

It’s just a great series and I hope it runs for a long time.

Supposedly the fourth season might come out this year too.

I bought Season 1 at Target for $5 and I watched the second season on SyFy’s website.

I’ve been watching S3 live on SyFy.

Oh yeah, wasn't calling you out, just felt differently about it overall but everything you said was valid!

That's good to hear, it's hitting all the right notes for me. The puppets and the teeth guy are just insanely creepy. I also love Paul Schneider, haha.

  15. What's the general consensus on They Look Like People? Probably a little late to fit it in tonight (I'm on a Twilight Zone binge) but going to try to get to it tomorrow. Sounds really interesting and I've read good things.

I've been thinking that crazy woman with the scissors may have attacked her, but that might be a stretch.

I loved this movie. Great slow burn that led to a very tense finale. The friendship felt genuine and believable, which is kind of what the whole film banks on. I think it was well received around here.

I don't know if I'd call it a horror film, but Annihilation has some pretty intense horrifying stuff in it. And it's a great movie. Everyone should go see it.

the scream is coming from the animal/monster itself. When it ate/killed her, her last few moments were refracted into the beast. Now the animal can use that cry for help as a way to lure out the others. Anyhow, wasn’t sure if that’s what you meant or not.

  23. God I want to see Annihilation so bad, but I currently live in the middle of nowhere and no theaters near me are showing it. Might visit my parents this weekend and see if their theater has it.
