Got a lot of Ralts but didn't bother checking the OT

 

Someone just WT a shiny ninetales with hidden ability, timid nature and 6ivs

EVs are incorrect though. Is there any way of proving if this was hacked? I just want to check.

 

No, but you can assume that if someone's giving away a shiny Pokemon with 6ivs on WT that it is hacked.

 

I think I have that Ninetales as well. It may not be hacked, but def cloned.

 

Do they still have the symbol to tell if it is legit?

so the final typings of the starter evolutions seem to have been discovered. on the japanese site where the starter bios were, the typings appear as images. when you check the URLs of the images, you see they were uploaded numerically, but with a gap. rowlet's grass and flying were 1 and 2, litten's fire was 4, and popplio's water was 5. when you check the image saved as 3, it shows the ground type image was uploaded ahead of time. the 6 shows the fighting type was uploaded ahead of time. nothing appears after 6, so they were definitely uploaded intentionally and not just some bulk upload. you can see if you want by altering URL:

the indication is rowlet turns out to be grass/ground(a burrowing owl, so i was wrong. looks obvious in retrospect but i was huge dummy), litten remains pure fire, and popplio turns water/fighting.

 

Been holding off Omega for more than a year now. Managed to rush it and finish in less than a day lol (I was halfway done when I left it though).

Onwards to post game. Where is the IV checker guy? And where is a good breeding spot?

 

He's in the battle resort Pokemon centre, which is conveniently right near a Day Care

I was at my friend's house last night reading this thread and I said "Apparently the owl is gonna become grass and ground type" and his response was "...So he's going to die?"

 

Maybe it'll have an ability that'll help that weakness. Hopefully.

 

I'm trying to think of what kind of ability could help with a x4 Ice weakness. Maybe they'll introduce one? I don't know, hopefully :/

Well there is Thick Fat

 

No doubt that things final evolution will be fat too...

 

I can't imagine it getting Thick Fat as an ability but maybe I'm wrong, would be nice though

 

It's not like 4x ice weakness is that bad anyway, if you're going to have a 4x weakness, it's one of the least bad ones to have.

 

I don't typically use any starters in a competitive setting anyway so I agree, as far as storyline play goes it won't be an issue

 

thick fat rowlet would be op, nerfs two primary weaknesses. not unimaginable though, already did it with mega venasaur.

 

I guess that's another thing to wonder: Are we getting mega starters?

 

it'll probably get levitate right?

 

levitate would be pretty pointless, it already resists ground.
