Are The Audition Teasing a Return?

Every few months I check out their social media to see if they post something, this is good news, they were tons of fun. Was there ever a formal break up/hiatus??

I just listened to controversy loves company for the first time in YEARS this weekend while playing binding of Isaac. It was a good time.

 

Controversy Loves Company and Champion kicked ass. Let’s gooooo

i have to assume there's no way i'd be into these guys anymore, but man, what a name to hear after quite some time. talk about nostalgia

 

i still legitimately like their first record haha. obviously some nostalgia there but i'm still pulled to those songs more than most other things from that era

 

may need to revisit bc i instinctually pulled this track up and it made me so reminiscent i almost wanted to cry haha. dude's voice isn't landing as hard but this melody/chorus is rock solid. might not have trouble getting thru a record

 

oh yeah i tried to relisten to some stuff off the last record and it's not great, but...

wow. i have not thought of or seen a victory records promo trailer in a decade, but playing literally 3 seconds of don't be so hard brought them back instantly

 

just a genuinely good pop rock album tbh hahaha. i'd 100% go if they play a good part of that album

as I said in the tour thread, best pop punk band to come out of the greater Chicago area in the mid 2000s

 

Would be so pumped.

Also; Champion is the greatest of all time.

 

I was so into this band in 2008. The only record I listened to post-2008 was the self titled and it was great.

 

i remember seeing these guys open for Silverstein at the old Bottom Lounge. never heard of them before but became a fan that night. time to revisit Controversy Loves Company.

 

What year is it? Damn I haven't heard that name for a long time.

 

Did i miss something or did they just randomly disappear without saying anything?
