It’s hard to judge it in a vacuum but “The Beatles” is a pretty stupid pun.

no but that makes sense, it seems lowkey sexist to say quirky or cutesy about female fronted bands and gimmick seems like a mean word but that was always what I thought it was

 

Sepultura is the coolest sounding band name.

 

There was a local band I liked called Seric. No idea where it came from but it looked great on a sticker and sounds badass, probably one of my favorites.

 

and they made some goddamn great music back in the day

 

I used to be in a band called Cadaver into Man. Always loved that name although to some extent I can see the cheesiness of it.

 

How Anal **** has gone this long without being mentioned is truly remarkable.

I don’t know when the trend of having “,etc” at the end of a name started but I really don’t like it.

 

Chaos AD would come at least top five if I was doing my favourite metal records.

In high school I played one show with a Nnamdi math rock band called Richard Def and the Mos Pryors, which is one of my favorite band names for being really funny, and just sounding cool out of context. But yeah, only fits for a weird math rock band.

 

“My Way” is one of Sinatra’s weaker songs.

The Wonder Years really gets me going. Every time I hear their songs it hits me like a brick wall. Like wow... their music resonates with me in such a way that it brings out this primal urge to commit acts of violence against The Wonder Years. I've never heard grown men give such a sincere plea to get the absolute shit kicked out them. Powerful stuff.
