Question about "The Free Nationals," I know that is the name of the band he tours with, but did he also record Malibu with that band? Or would that be considered "solo record." I'm trying to feel out what solo vs. Free Nationals differences might sound like

 

I don’t have a concrete answer, but most of Malibu was produced by typical producers, with contributions from FN members on certain tracks. So my guess is that it would be a “solo” album, while an album with the FN would probably constitute them writing and playing all the music rather than beats by producers.

ok maybe not entirely fitting for this thread but kind of it is a hip-hop beat and i sample a very popular artist, well two of them, and i figure some may like it. and if u kno anyone who needs beats show them this, i can remove the vocal samples easily
