    A DILAPIDATED BOAT! Prestigious

it's a part of the myth of the "Lord of Light come again" prophesy that Melisandre is always on about. The legendary Lord of Light Azor Ahai (who allegedly might be connected to the hero that defeated the White Walkers the first time around) thrusted his sword into his wife's chest and it bonded with her soul and lit aflame becoming Lightbringer, the sword he used to defeat "the darkness".

Very interesting. Could see that happening towards the end of the season.

It's weird to think of Jaime peaking with season three because, in the books, he's supposed to be trending in an upwards direction as he tries to fulfill his oath by sending Brienne to find Sansa and Arya so he can return them to Catelyn/the Starks after he was freed. And he's supposed to begin to see why Cersei is an awful person, but of course the show botched the season four finale with that so he's just been trotting around for two whole seasons now with nothing of importance to do and it doesn't look like that's changing any time soon.

It always takes so long for Danny's story to move along that I'm beginning to really believe she never goes to Westeros. At least in the books, there's the possibility with the help of a certain pirate, but how would it happen this season? And even if she made it, there would be a whole campaign to do, or does she just sack King's Landing in a day? I don't know.

I've begun wondering if Arya being in Braavos as No One ends up with her having to take Dany's life.

I think it's possible that Yara takes Victarion's place. Euron sends her to Mereen to treat with Dany. As for what happens when she gets here.....I think that depends on the White Walkers. Not sure if Dany conquers Westeros first before they break down the wall/attack, or if the country is already buckling under the invasion and she arrives as the savior with her dragons

Yeah after 3 episodes of what was a lot of putting the pieces into place, things moved forward with pretty much every story it seems. Great episode IMO.

    Fucking Ramsay. :tear:

What a lame way to resolve the dothraki problem. Why wouldn't any of the leaders just kill her there?

Because they have no weapons and are in a sacred place and she also just made a huge field of fire between her and them?

That was so great. Sansa and Jon reuniting may be one of the best emotional pay-offs I've ever had watching a television show. Can only imagine if we're blessed with an Arya/Jon reunion.

I loved so many things about that episode. Even small things like Daario seeing Jorah's greyscale were fantastic.

Jon/Sansa reuinion gave me all the happy feels.

Fuck yes Khaleesi! Dany is such a badass.

This is how I see it all playing out by the end of the show:

Ramsay is the last big human villain left in the story. Jon/Sansa can kill him and that leaves just Dany and her dragons as the protagonists and the white walkers as the biggest threats.

A song of ice and fire indeed.

Goddamn, this episode was fantastic. Those first five minutes with Jon and Sansa. Legit almost teared up. Such a fantastic emotional payoff.

I didn't get much emotional payoff because they never had much of a connection previously, but still great stuff happening at the wall and in the north in general. Solid episode.

And are we going to talk about Brienne and Tormund's little moment? Because I'm here for that.

  25. I'm pumped that the Knights of the Vale are headed to the North.

Also interested to see how the foreign military intervention goes in Kings Landing.
