I think I might be going, probably gonna buy a ticket after work, just waiting to hear back from a friend, what section are you in?

 

My friend told me he ordered tix in the bleachers. Never been to this venue so I don't even know how the setup is there, but it's cheap and walking distance from his place so that works.

 

My version was

- Steph on commentary
- Rousey hits at like, #20
- Eliminates a few big people, Steph acts unimpressed, Rousey points at her
- Steph gets up from commentary, causes distraction
- Rousey gets dumped while distracted

Still lets Asuka win the Rumble and protects Rousey and builds one of their "casual fans will love this" style feud

 

It's mainly a basketball venue, so bleachers are just normal seats at a high school basketball game basically. Nothing is going to be too far from the ring.

Really sucks knowing the WWE is run by a guy who is a racist enough piece of shit that when confronted with people peacefully protesting police violence, he gets so upset that he decides to go burn millions of dollars on a new league where people can't do that.

 

Vince McMahon's specific example of players not being allowed to play in the XFL if they have a DUI makes me mildly concerned for the Uso's...

There is perhaps no funnier idea to me than Vince McMahon saying he's gonna create a family friendly version of the NFL. The XFL cheerleader outfits made strip clubs seem conservative

 

This is also a huge potential drain on the WWE. I'd say now more than ever they are on the verge of cultural relevance again. Lots of popular social media stars, a show on Facebook Watch, new potential streaming deals, etc. And any momentum they get is gonna go down the drain when Vince starts a conservative football show in the buildup to the 2020 elections
