It always does

 

Awful show.

 

I mean, on the one hand that show delivered what it promised it would.

But it didn't do anything more than that. So much of what makes wrestling fun is the unexpected happening. But we didn't really get any of that tonight.

 

we all should have known when Roman went on at 9pm that the show was going majorly downhill after.

Elias is the only thing that salvaged that 2nd half

 

I mean. Brock may not resign a contract. It ends right around Mania. So if he make sit clear he won’t resign perhaps he drops it?




Actually, no fuckin way. He’s had it this long he’s holdin it til mania.

 

i think the show utilized the legends pretty well at the beginning with the segments, but the DX segment was pretty flat.

but nothing from the show tonight made me anticipate any of the matches outside either rumble one.

 

Did JC post the men’s rumble draw?

 

That was far and away the most baffling show I have ever been to

 

Well I mean there are only two raw centric matches on the rumble card and they involve Jason Jordan and Kane lol

 

yeah its gonna be like SS where they take out brock early, and then he comes back to life and gets a cheap F-5 on kane for the W.

also i could see him not coming back, hes made so much money on this last run being a part timer he really has nothing left. aside from more money i guess.

 

Dana White also teased him coming back, for whatever that’s worth.

 

This show would have been better if it wasn’t booked as the go home show for one of the major PPVs of the year

 

Good thing they probably had no time for the CW's.

 

I enjoyed the nostalgia trip stuff a ton, but it's a little weird to do it along with the go home show for an event as huge as the Rumble. It's not like the anniversary even lines up perfectly. Do this 2 weeks ago and save tonight for actual current storyline stuff.

Feud with JJ for a few weeks for contendership (with JJ demanding his daddy opportunities). Cost Rollins the opportunity.

Miz v Rollins at Mania would actually be one of the few face matches where Miz would get bood too

 

Yup that makes the most sense I think for Seth and Miz

 

I really loved the last 5 minutes of the IC Title match and Miz’s reaction/celebration, belt felt like a big deal.
