One last cakewalk before things heat up.

He wouldn’t be able to play next season if he transferred there.

That OL will unfortunately be gone by 2019.

    tough to argue with that...

Bo Scarbrough declares. Honestly, I thought this guy was a senior. I feel like he was Bama's 4th best RB this season. Seemed to have lost a step after breaking his leg against Clemson last year.

  6. What is the best way to get tickets to a Notre Dame game in advance of next season? I’ve been a fan my whole life and I’ve never been. I think I wanna try for 2018.

Kinda misleading... Don't they usually have a neutral site opener against a top team every year, though? Like FSU this year was in Atlanta which is not exactly a road game for either school, really.

Alabama neutral site openers during the Saban era. They're certainly not dodging anyone.

It's not misleading at all...neutral site openers are not true road games in a visitors environment.

Not to mention, weren't all of the games listed above in either Atlanta or Dallas? I'm not trying to discredit Alabama but the lack of being open to going into an opposing teams home stadium is odd.

If Bama had a neutral site game in like, the Rose Bowl or something then I think that would lead a little more credit, imo.

Washington has a "neutral site" game next year against Auburn in fucking Atlanta lol. 108 mile trip fro Auburn as opposed to a 2,600 mile trip from Seattle. Neutral site my ass.

The lack of being open to going to someone's stadium is not odd, it's smart. What incentive does Alabama have to go play someone tough on the road in non-conference? None. Until the rules change and they force these schools hands, nothing is going to change. I feel like people get mad at the schools when it's the rules that people should get mad at.

Also, I don't think we need Alabama to go play anybody anywhere to prove to us what we already know - that Alabama would likely win against anybody, anywhere and that even if they lost, it'd be a damn good game.

Their resume of what they have been able to accomplish over the past few years is evidence enough.

If Michigan State could get away with never playing a road game in non-conference, I'd be all for it.

I may be missing something, but what non-conference away game did they play this season that you're referring to?

I mean in a general sense. This years schedule was nice.

Yeah, I looked over the past 5 or 6 years, and it seems that the OOC road game is all over the place. Sometimes it's against a competitive school like Oregon or ND, and sometimes it's Western or Central Michigan. I'm not trying to attack MSU, I'm just trying to say that I don't think the OOC road game really is that big of deal.

Again, we've seen Alabama. It's safe so say that they'd win games like that overwhelmingly more often than not.

Yeah, I'm aware of their schedules, haha. I'd prefer them to have all home games OOC. I don't understand what we're discussing.

Alabama has nothing at all to gain by playing these home and home series. Traditionally, LSU and Auburn in the same conference (among others) is usually a good enough schedule. I enjoyed the Penn State series they did awhile back, but the neutral site openers in Atlanta and Dallas are so much more exciting and generate a ton more fan interest and exposure.

It really bothers me that the numbers add up to 16.

Just say the past 16 champions!
