Mine arrived. Won’t be able to get to it until later tonight, though.

Super excited to compare it to the original pressing.

Let me know what you think. I compared mine the other night and I think I like the original a bit more.

Fuck they just updated me that mine was delivered to our apt front desk at 2:48 and the front desk closed 20 minutes ago

Update: Package isn't in Houston anymore. In Springfield, MA. I live in NH.

The package is truly beautiful. It pops way more than the first pressing.

I haven’t opened it up yet and looked at the actual records yet. And I won’t get to play It until sometime in the new year when I get my new record player :(

But for now, the exterior looks real pretty.

 

Mine was just delivered, and I didn't even order one.

I didnt realize how much influence The Dear Hunter had on Beggars. Now that I've finally really fallen for that band I hear a lot of Act 1 and Act II in Beggars.

I have to go back and check the original pressing, but this new one is riddled with typos.

It is such a beautiful package. It is disappointing that no one took the time to proofread this thing.

 

Lol. I was sitting here and admiring the repressing while my wife was sitting next to me.

I said aloud, “This is sooooo pretty babe.” And she turned and said “thanks, baby.”

I kind of looked up confused and she said “wait. were you talking to your record?”

Talk about a no win situation.
