Yeah I feel like this but he killed his dad ha and there are tons of fans who adore Han Solo. But just killing him feels weird too. It's kind of depressing that this saga is about the Skywalkers and the last one that is still alive is straight up evil and could be killed/dead at the end. That's sad. But at the same time, there's Rey.
Still not sure about Kylo/Ben ha but dang Rey/Kylo/Ben had amazing chemistry. Never expected coming out of this movie feeling so conflicted.

interesting. They cut the scene they same way they did the others. Reys expression before she shuts the door sold it for me. Let me know if you still feel the same way.

She clearly gives him the side eye before she shuts the door, symbolically closing off any chance that they could be allies again after what he did.

Twitter, but seeing as he's started self-destructing his past tweets, you won't find them on his page anymore. If you Google "Pablo Hidalgo Snoke is Plagueis" and go to images, however, you will see a whole slew of tweets basically saying no chance.

Also @FlayedManOfSF, listen for the sound design. When they were doing it before the sound cut out. Dont remember if it happened that last time or if it was just music.

Apparently the bombers are generally known as a StarFortress.

    That is all.

  12. So how big is the First Order? I can't remember but I think you get a little tease of it's beginnings in Bloodline which is 6 years before The Force Awakens. And then in TFA they destroy Starkillerbase which has to house a huge number of people. And then they destroy a few capital ships in TLJ.

How did they get so big so fast and the New Republic was like "eh they're no threat at all"?

We reach for the longest shadow

what is the best book to read that is part of the new canon? I wouldn't mind picking up a couple with some christmas money.

  14. They definitely both look "out" like they did every other time they were connected. And then she shuts the door.

Did you mean to say it came straight from him? Or that he stated verbatim from some other source?

I felt like it was all in Bloodline. A lot of the Centrists which was half of the Republic were Empire sympathizers and helped fund the army. There was no evidence of that though. The whole "theyre no threat" thing wasnt in the book or movie and couldve used more but nobody would trust Leia because they just found out she was Vaders daugther.

Also they thought the threat in the Amaxines were taken out when Arliz shot herself. Nobody even heard of the First Order I dont think at that point at the end of the book.

we're all a bunch of weirdos on a quest to belong Prestigious

Ugh just had this conversation with a coworker:

    “You actually liked this”

Me: “yeah I did. Loved it actually”

“Ok let me throw stuff at you and see what your thoughts are”

    Me: “alright”

    “What about the curved lasers?”

Me: “what the hell are you talking about”

“The First Orders lasers being shot at the resistance were curving towards the resistance ships instead of a straight line. Also how about gravity... like how did the bombs drop to the dreadnaught if there is no gravity in space”

Me: “You know this is a SciFi fantasy movie right? Like in this world people can move a huge pile of rocks with their mind. Curved lasers is what’s hanging you up?”

“Yeah it’s just not believable man. And what about the crystal foxes or the little bird things? Don’t you think that was overdone silliness? Star Wars has never been silly”

Me: “Yeah Teddy Bears fighting armored soldiers with rocks and sticks isn’t silly at all.”

“They ruined Luke! He was never like that in the OT”

Me: “I’m sure you’ll be a different person in 40 years too”

“I can’t believe you liked this terrible movie. The prequels were way better”

  25. He was just a whiny little turd instead. No one ever wants to remember that part of him.
