okay, I was wrong, he doesn't say it, but it's part of the TFA book. This video shows how the book words this scene.

Correct! Sam asked for it and Thad confirmed the contract had been signed for it before the match last Tuesday. So it is official haha

30 minutes, 1 vs 1, most points at the end wins. I look forward to playing along. It will show who knows the most without having to resort to multiple choice or stealing points. Each player has the same chance as every question will be the same.

I love Joseph. Hope to meet him one day.

That’s why I can’t recall it correctly. I only read that once. While the book is essentially canon, the film trumps all. Since the line was cut and has not been picked up in any way, I don’t worry about lines like that.

also, the wife and I put on ANH on Saturday, and noticed Leia calling Han a flyboy, which is what Poe is affectionately called throughout TLJ. I had forgotten about that in ANH, or just never noticed.

Going to be weird to get that Han Solo movie so soon after this one, keep remembering it's somehow still coming in May. Also we're going to have Avengers and Star Wars in theaters at the same time which, uh, doesn't seem like the brightest idea Disney's ever had.

People will see both on opening weekend of course but Solo is probably going to eat into some of Avengers' potential repeat-viewing profits. I would think one wouldn't want to potentially cannibalize one's own film's legs like that, especially in this day and age where you want to make as much money closer to the beginning of the theatrical run as possible and box office drop-offs are scrutinized exceedingly harshly.

If I could just forget it

Anakin technically came from nobodies (well at least one nobody) as well, so that's not really anything new. I wonder if they will do anything with Rey's potential offspring in the future. The Skywalker lineage provided for a lot of narrative intrigue.

Ah yes Temiri Blagg, which is an anagram for gitt gambler. Finn and Rose were sent to get a gambler from the casino. Maybe he was who they were suppose to get! Ahh I figured it out.

It also spells Ggit Lambert, maybe hes a decendt of Ben Lambert, he was a force user.

My biggest question is what happens after IX. They aren't going to not make a X-XII, so what do those films look like? Rey starting a new Gray Jedi Academy? Completely different characters? Another Death Star (plz)? Going to be interesting.
