not sure what made me think of this today, but...

for those who lived in Florida during the Gators championship wins in college football and basketball for the same season - how intolerable was it to deal with the fans during that time?

 

As a Vols fan living in Tampa working at a law firm mostly made up of Florida law grads, it was brutal.

 

oh god. law grads by themselves are bad enough. Florida law grads with two championship teams... eeeeesh.

 

I lived 30 minutes from the Florida border. The Urban Meyer era in general was intolerable.

 

trust me when i say they are still intolerable talking about that time period. i’m sure it was horrid then.

 

One of my coworkers was an Auburn grad, and our boss was a Florida grad and he would make sure that we got all the worst assignments the week of the game.

 

I mean, for fucks sake...

What is unexpected at this point?

This guy has consistently been the most correct in the process.

 

What would lead anyone to believe there could be setbacks by tomorrow morning?

 

The fact that people can still die between the hours of 10pm and 8am.
The fact that we don't know for certain if Jeremy Pruitt actually exists.
The fact that Nick Saban could walk out and leave the keys with Pruitt.
The fact that Alabama could elect a pedophile, cause a riot that spawls across the entire state, and Pruitt could become a political hostage.
The fact that Trump could call for a Purge.

Literally none of these things are off the table at this time.
