Rumored Superman Rocksteady Game (Probably) Isn't Happening


This is a shitty article, but hope it's true lol.

 

I don't really have a dog in this fight. I only liked the first Arkham game and I can't stand Superman so anything that's not that is a win for me.

 

I just want a good game. I'll be fine with any non-dc property. I'm sick of superheroes.

 

Some thoughts I had about season one of TWD:

- I really didn't care about Clementine until around episode 3 or so. I know that's probably gonna be an unpopular opinion but she felt more like a plot device than a real fleshed out character until around episode 3 and from there I saw why people cared about Clem & Lee together.

-Episode 3 was a massive turning point and really well done, so much went on but it was handled very well throughout and there felt like a good balance between the action/emotional drama.

-Liked the ending, even if it was a bit too bleak for my taste.

 

I thought they're rumored to be working on a Justic League game

 

I'm quite jealous of you playing this through for the first time. I adored that season.

 

Darksiders is a lot of fun

 

I loved playing it for the most part, only died like 5 times I think because I'm stupid. Only issues I really had were some facial models/lip syncing but they're minor problems really.

 

I hope not

Overall game is so much fun, but it just...frustrating to feel like I'm dreading any sort of combat because it is boring.

 

I’ll say this though, from hour 2 till hour 10 or so I thought horizon was the bees knees.

 

you thought 8 hours of a game was fantastic but maintain that it's "trash"?

 

Mega Man 11 is REAL.

 

wow, didn't see that coming. not in love with the look of it but will def pick it up if it plays well.

 

as someone who has never played a Mega Man game, I'll likely get that Switch collection. Aren't they supposed to be crazy difficult?

 

I just started the dark brotherhood quest and it has my favorite start to a quest line.

 

not in the modern sense. a lot of precise jumps and shots, but nothing cheap. gotta learn boss patterns and all that but there’s usually a boss that gives you a power up that makes the game much easier if you choose to fight that one first.

 

would love a Harry Potter RPG. I feel like that universe calls for it. Learn more spells as you level up. Explore hogwarts. fast travel to hogsmeade, hagrid, diagon alley (buy more gear (armor/wand/outfits/color customization) and other items (all kinds of potions for buffs and debuffs), and the forbidden forest (do some hunting side quests). upgrade your wands for more spell power. have an owl send/receive mail. play quidditch.

play as Harry but you can also control Ron and Hermione. customize your party's gear and skills.

erghhhhhhhh. i'm imagining it. fuck. rly mad.

 

the first few GBC/GBA games for the movies were solid little RPGs

 

I think it’d be fun as an MMO. Like, you attend classes to learn spells as you develop your specialty, you go on “raids” with other wizards, you can duel each other, be in PVP guilds that basically function as houses and try to win the cup. Stealth missions where you have to accomplish goals around muggles without revealing your wizardry...there are so many directions it can go haha

 

Not quite what you're imagining, but there will be a Pokemon Go-esque Harry Potter game coming out next year.

 

I'm pretty sure I have read that Warner has started HP video game projects, the AR mobile game and a console game

 

Yep, they started up a brand for Harry Potter related games so we'll start to get at least something in the future. Whether the games they make are good or not, that's another question of course.

 

Also it's not Harry Potter (and kinda seems more influence by Little Witch Academia, which I guess in turn was influenced by Harry Potter) but the developers of Starbound are making a magic school RPG.
