Wonder if a deluxe version is coming, didn’t they like record 14 songs or something?

I almost teared up watching the video lol. This band means so much to me as I’m sure to a lot of you as well, and I’m truly grateful and thankful that they keep putting out great albums and A+ shows l. I saw them at my first concert in 2001 when I was 10 and I’ve been a fan ever since.

Yay, finally! They play this during a video before their current tour and I was hoping we would be able to get it digitally!

Makes for a good closing track on the album, IMO (even though I love "Cheapest Thrill" already)

Wouldn’t be surprised if a deluxe version will be coming out. There’s atleast two other songs they haven’t released yet. Fingers crossed for a deluxe version like Resurrection.

I wonder how hard it was to find videos that had no reference to Steve in them.

I think there is one single shot of Steve at 12secs in the background

It's not, that clip is from the first leg of this tour. Posters for it are in the background

When it’s post-DVD footage you can see they square off clips.

i dont think there's a single NFG fan out there that listens to that song and doesn't get the ultimate 'feels'. Great track. Great band. Good job NFG :)

I wish it didn't say "give two shits" but I love it other than that, will probably put it as the last song on the album

i dont know. it kind of flows nicely. the song is so gentle it doesn't even seem that bad lol. nice song overall though.

  19. I really like the new song.

  20. It does strike me as odd that they've made it a point throughout their career to avoid cursing in lyrics, but then when writing a song as tribute to their time as a band that mentality was abandoned. Doesn't bother me really but I'd be lying if I said it didn't feel out of place

I mean, the intro track on Catalyst wasn't trying to avoid cursing.

  22. You're not wrong, and I could have worded my post a little better to acknowledge that one single instance, but we both know that track is sort of an anomaly in their 9 LPs/20 years of music

Man, this new song is really good for what is it. They made the right decision by making this song a single release rather than include it on the album.

After hearing Makes Me Sick and the new Story of the Year production I really wish NFG sticks with Sprinkle to produce their next project and they keeping getting more experimental. Sprinkle is definitely the guy to help them deliver.

  25. Yep, Sprinkle crushed it this year
Really? I definitely cannot say I know many of the lyrics from that record, but I don't remember that happening at all
