That ancestry DNA thing is on sale this weekend. Is it worth it?? I mean I would at least have my pie chart handy for when people are talking about how they're 1/34 Cherokee but idk if it's worth dropping the $$$

 

I want to do that DNA thing so bad!!! Someone my mom knows did it and loved it and found out stuff she had no idea about. I just think it would be cool for me to do bc my mom's dad was adopted so his family is a big question mark. Idk I keep saying I'm gonna do it but I'm too cheap to drop the money on it. Maybe now I will???? Idk!

 

Ooh it would def be interesting if a family member was adopted. Mine just don't seem to care about family history at all so I know next to nothing. I assume I'd have a sizable percentage from Spain but u truly never know. I always hesitate to do it tho cause the price, idk how accurate it is, and I get paranoid about what they do with ur dna lol. I know at least one company destroys it afterwards upon request but I'm like ~what if

 

I think I'm gonna just say fuck it and order it. I've been wanting to for years and was just talking to my grandma about it on Thanksgiving. I always say "next time there's a sale I'm gonna do it" and then never do. I have all my Christmas shopping done and am looking okay money-wise for next month so I think it's about time I just do it lol

 

There's this one person on morning shift that likes to nit pick and complain about everything. Same bs that I dealt with at my last job. Yet... I come on shift as well as my other co workers and things aren't done that should have been. While they're sitting on the sofa chatting, these small things could have been done. I don't know how many times my co workers and I have to restock items on the start of our shift that should have been done. Or trash wasnt taken out.

 

Okay I ordered the Ancestry DNA thing! It ended up being like $69 bc shipping but w/e. I'm excited!! I know I'm at least Italian, Irish, and German from my dad's side. I know my mom's mom's family is from England but there are still some big questions so I'm anxious to see the results. Like obv my mom's dad is a giant mystery but my dad's dad no one was super close with bc he was an asshole. I know he's German (my last name is German even) but other than that's he a mystery, too. So I should get some interesting results!

 

radios have now started playing a version of Havana without young thug and everything is terrible.

 

I saw that on Youtube and got so mad, I also heard Side To Side without Nicki on the radio and was equally mad

 

It’s terrible especially when you can still hear the young thug ad-libs in the background.

Ok so I suddenly became curious why people use the phrase criss cross applesauce instead of just criss cross and wiki didn't really give me a great answer but it had this rhyme on it

Once a spider apparently crawled into my bra when I was sleeping and I guess I squished it cause I roll a lot. I woke up and went to get my shower and was like WTF IS THAT???? Dead spider stuck to my boob. I think my spirit left my body for a min bc I was so terrified!!

 

A group of guys came into my work on thanksgiving and robbed the vitamins department of like $2,000.

They did it again tonight while I was there but this time it was just two of them.

I’m so mad.

The worst part? They did the same thing to the other sprouts in town on the same days as robbing us.

 

A cop shot a shoplifter fleeing from Wal Mart yesterday. He claims the guy had a gun. That stuff normally doesn't happen here so naturally the town is arguing about whether the shooting was justified on the facebook classifieds.

 

Pitbull has a greatest hit album out today and you know I added that to my Apple Music.

 

It's so sad but this tweet made me feel so much better after my sucky day. If the good sis Britney can make it thru what she did and look so happy and goals then I have hope!

 

I fell asleep with all my clothes on and without turning off the light and I feel like I got gypped out of an entire night so I’m going to brush my teeth rn and sleep until dinner

 

I’m a little buzzed from Sierra Nevada Celebration IPA, cooking spaghetti, listening to Opeth - Blackwater Park(Drapery Falls currently) waiting on the wife to get off work. Jammmmmin

 

It's weird to think of how others perceive me. We all make judgments but like I was talking about John wick and someone was surprised I'd watch it cause I don't seem like I would. Or my co-workers were surprised I love Roseanne and said they didn't think I would. Someone else was surprised I have a women's studies minor cause I don't seem the type? What about me puts out vibes that I would not enjoy those things lol. Weird.
