Seriously. Was thinking about this. There's a reason for everyone to win:

Kairi - if she doesn't win, what have they built her up to this level so quickly for?
Ember/Nikki - it feels like their time. And for Nikki, that could bring factions to the women's division.
Peyton Royce -I feel like she should win it because it's vacant and she's not going over anybody in particular. And maybe a championship run can push her in-ring ability to the next level

 

I honestly don't want Ember as champ. She's just boring to me. They didn't flesh out the gimmick well at all.

 

Yeah Ember winning would be really underwhelming

 

I dont know if its the sound mix or what, but these spots have sounded vicious

Damn, like I said, it was her time. Will be interesting to see if she gets a more fleshed out character

Wish Asuka would had thrown Ember into the Asuka lock instead

 

super nice asuka is kinda weird to see

 

I'm happy Ember gets a title reign, but there are so many other women in the division I'd enjoy seeing the belt on more

 

Basically they wanted to put it on her but Asuka was too damn good. They have a really strong women’s division so wouldn’t be shocked if it changes hands a few times in a shorter time frame.

 

Did ember win? If so, bleh. It's whatever though. She's got plenty of great competition to make it interesting.

 

Physically, Ember is the most believable woman on the NXT roster. And she has arguably the best finisher in all of WWE. But I agree, her character feels like a misstep, especially for NXT. Honestly, I don't think I'd ever have her talk (and not just because she isn't the best promo, but because it creates an air of mystique around her that fits the character).
