It's really good. If you like anything of theirs post-Shipwreck you shouldn't have much trouble getting into it.

Nah, just DR songs other than Ghost and Retrograde

Yeah, I mentioned it in my post. I forgot the spoiler tag so I'm not going to say which new songs they play but if I remember correctly they played 5 off DR. They sounded phenomenal.

Wish it was 5 in addition to the listed 2 haha, especially since Retrograde has fallen off a bit for me.

I heard they played 'Discovering the Waterfront' (The song) for the first time in a while the other night. Can anyone confirm?

I think they played it every 4-5 times I've seen them.

Love the diversity but a tad underwhelming set list personally

I expect them to mix the set up a little bit, but I dig that set for the most part. Love that they are opening with Bleeds No More.

the ships have all sailed to the sea

Been meaning to get into these guys. Should I just start from the beginning and go chronologically?

This is a rough album chart of categorizing their albums.

"Discovering The Waterfront" (2005) and "This Is How The Wind Shifts" (2013) are generally regarded as their best albums on here, so I'd start with those.

    That's a nicely done graphic

I still think you should start with When Broken just to get Shane's bad vocals out of the way

Just get Discovering the Waterfront and TIHTWS and then check out the rest of you're into those.

They’ve done a good job of evolving within a similar sound so chronological is certainly not a bad idea. Dead a Reflection may be the most accessible. This Is How The Wind Shifts, Shipwreck In The Sand, and Discovering the Waterfront are likely the consensus fan favorites.

I really don’t think Rescue is all that much heavier lol. Burning Hearts, Forget Your Heart, and especially Darling Harbour are some of their poppiest songs.

Yeah I would disagree with a few things on there.

I often see people say their last few albums aren't as "heavy" as the old albums and I just don't get that lol. They've never been a heavy band, but their "heaviest" songs are scattered between album shipwreck onwards.

I just meant they were more straight-up "rock" albums in the sense DTW was
