I feel like, with one or two decent signings, Tottenham could make a decent hash of the Champions League next year. West Ham, if they take it seriously, could make it out of most groups too.

Leicester will win the Champions League next year anyway, so we don't have to worry about the coefficient for the time being.

In the last four years, La Liga clubs have laid off 2/3 of their debt. Kinda awesome considering the European success of most of the clubs in that time period as well.

I was trying to describe myself to someone

I'd expect Spurs to make a decent fist of it. The trouble for them and West Ham (should they sneak in), is that their European standing is so low that they'd likely get really tough groups. Leicester will at least go into pot 1, having won the league.

Spurs will be pot 3. West Ham pot 4 I believe.

Leicester will have a very high degree of possibility of having to face one of Barca/Atleti/Real (whichever two don't win the league) or Dortmund in the group stage. Assuming Arsenal would be off limits in Pot 2 as well to increase these odds.

Wait, if United qualify for Europa in the league, doesn't Crystal Palace also get into Europa just because they made the fa cup final as well? Didn't that happen semi-recently?

The best revenue will come with whatever country has the biggest TV deal. I think that's Italy though.
But yeah Leicester will win the UCL the next two years, then never win another trophy again.

Mahrez seems like the type of player Real Madrid would go hard for. Especially if the rumors about both Isco and James leaving are true. (No matter what, I think one of them does leave this summer.)

My guess if Neymar leaves for PSG or whatever Barca would buy Mahrez and Pogba then? Not sure if that would all happen.

Sevilla going for 3 straight Europa League titles. I know it's not Champions League but that's incredible.

If Neymar turned down the $218m that United threw at him last summer, my guess is that he's not leaving anytime soon. Barca can't afford Pogba unless they unload a lot of people, which admittedly needs to happen. #1 key is holding onto Busquets and getting another solid centerback. Hummels was my dream, but it was never going to happen.

Should the nightmare scenario happen and Busquets does leave, thankfully Mascherano is still one of the best DM in the world.

Busquets leaving would be the worst decision the club would ever make. And yeah, I hope MSN stays together for awhile. I can see Arda Turan being off loaded for Mahrez? Turan seems more like a Leicester player and vice versa for Mahrez. Turan just doesn't seem to fit in at all.
Anyway, I didn't see the entire match but from what I say Liverpool looked really solid. Villareal looked pretty predestrian too.

Arda is a great player, but Rakitic is better at doing what Arda is supposed to be doing. It seems there is no way we're not adding Denis Suarez this summer, so Mahrez might just seem additional and unnecessary? You already have a midfield with Iniesta, Busquets, Rakitic, Rafinha, and Arda with players like Mascherano, Sergi Roberto, Aleix Vidal, and Sergi Samper who can all play in the midfield. It'll be an interesting summer. I know the moves I would make, but who knows?

Upside of phoning in the last few EPL games is we'll likely get a good look at Ojo, and hopefully get Ings back into the mix.
