Yep. Exactly this. Unexpected, but in a very good way.

 

New song is alright.

 

I'll give the album a shot but that song isn't really my thing.

 

As expected, I love that. Kyle sounds like a much more confident singer. Harmonies are really cool. The run away (won away? Wide awake?) part is a little repetitive, but it’s still cool.

 

This song is a fail. It's not good at all.

 

I’m glad I’m not the only one who doesn’t really care for it.

 

I wasn’t blown away on first listen, but I don’t think it was bad by any means and literally have had only one listen.

 

I really enjoy this song and I'm excited in the direction they're going in

 

i like this. i reaalllly like the bridge.

 

This song is amazing, like the direction they’re headed

 

Going to hold off on all of the singles for this album.

The only other thing I'm doing this for is Star Wars: The Last Jedi, so that should tell you something about my excitement

interesting. guess we really are gonna get that poppy bright eyed pianos record. not sure what to think of it.

 

I don't think it's poppy really. The chorus isn't as defined as Old Jaw, Repine, or Enamor Me. It'd be cool to have some darker songs like Repine mixed in with brighter songs like this one.

 

what makes this a trilogy? i'd say that old pride is tied together more than this

 

It'll be the best quadrilogy since Hunger Games. The movies, not the books.
