I think a needle is still pretty common, using a scalpel less so. My buddy got one done about 8 years ago, and he said it involved a scalpel. He had to pay out of pocket, so he found the cheapest clinic he could.

 

I haven't really been keeping up, but has anyone received their Limited Vinyl preorder from PMT yet? Or am I the only one who still hasn't got it?
