I hope @Jason Tate comes in to vote and end this madness. Maybe when he votes "23" people will follow him!

  3. 23 vs Kill is mean. It's just mean.

    23 is my vote tho.

Shaking my goddamn head at the people acting like "23" is head and shoulders above "Kill." The fact that it isn't is the reason this album is the best thing in their catalog. "23" is one of my all-time favorite songs and I absolutely don't think it's sacreligious to say that there are five or six other songs on this album that are within spitting distance of it.

To be fair, this whole thing began because people were saying that "23" was nothing special, and they didn't get the hype. THAT is sacrilegious.

@Jason Tate participated in a bracket game. This is rare, I am honored.

I don’t quite remember exactly when it was discussed, but that topic of “desert island discography” is a pretty fun one and Jimmy Eat World is definitely a strong contender!

Oh yeah that’s right, you chose them in that desert island game and then got burned by Mark Hoppus:crylaugh:

I know the answer BUT favorite band shouldn’t necessarily mean desert island band. Personally I’d want an artist with a relatively diverse discography ¯\_(ツ)_/¯

Edit: I don’t mean for this to sound like I’m bashing @BTDandFeelingThis or Blink 182!

This and "I'm here and now I'm ready, holding on tight, don't give away the end, the one thing that stays mine" are two of the most important lyrics to me not just on this album, but in all of music.

Honestly I’d have to think about it. SURE Blink-182 is my go to because favorite band. But there are other discographies I couldn’t live without; Jimmy Eat World, Brand New, Taking Back Sunday, Story Of The Year, Linkin Park, Yellowcard. It would come down to those and idk who I’d pick.

THIS IS NOT MY VOTE POST

But I am leaning Kill and Polaris. Polaris is a certain. The first match up is brutal and I’m at work an unable to listen one final time.

Also, while rare, Jason did vote before. He voted at least once in the blink bracket. Unless my memory is totally broken.
