Pretty much wrapped up my Sensible Heart cover. Pretty happy with how it's turning out. I'll probably tweak a few things here and there, but I'd say it's basically ready to go.

Sent my Julien Baker cover in. Kind of a mess, originally tried to do it accapella, then decided that was awful and went off the rails adding instrumentals. Excited to hear everyone else's

I know I totally missed the originals comp, but I finally finished recording a collection of original songs the other day that I just threw up on Bandcamp. Hope you guys give it a listen!

Also bummed I'm missing out on this fall comp but I'll for sure be back on the next one.

This is the third time I am re-recording all my guitar and bass parts from scratch. A day goes by and suddenly I hear all types of flaws that I want get rid of. Going crazy over this one.

 

I literally found this on bandcamp before I saw this post and thought to myself "Damn, who is this guy. Where do I know this voice from?"

I'm hoping that I can take advantage of the time difference between myself and Brad, and finish my covers off on Monday. Haven't really been home since Tuesday due to an unprecedented company wide work review.

Past few nights have basically been zero progress hah, tomorrow is crunch time

 

prepping for a big album release show and a 9 day tour has been making it hard for me to find time to work on any other music! i'll see what i can do this weekend!

 

I've been making Round Here my bitch. It's seriously my all time favorite song. I've put more hours into this song than I have for anything in months.

Rerecorded guitars twice, piano twice and vocals four damn times! I'm finally happy with them.

 

This microphone I have is a fucking piece of trash. It's impossible to use it without it clipping

Edit: I'm honestly not sure what to do. This thing is a piece of junk

 

Maybe one more week? One more week would help a fuck load.
