Well that sucks. My friends were hyping that place up hard.

 

So this new Car Seat Headrest album is amazing.

 

I mean go to it regardless just to see, would just recommend lowering expectations haha

A lot of my friends like it, I'm the exception

 

One perk of being unemployed is that all of a sudden I'm getting an all expenses paid trip to DC next week because a friend doesn't want to roadtrip alone and I'm the only one not working in our friend group. Hoping to visit a few museums I've not made it to yet while she's doing some nursing rally.

I said fuck that very fervently. I was not having it.

People always compare Whataburger and In-n-Out. I've been to both in the past couple weeks (bad life decisions) and I'm not sure which is more overrated.

 

I've never been to Whataburger or In-n-Out.

Only Whataburger. We stopped there everytime we went to a show in Tallahassee because one of the guys only ate pizza, hamburgers with only ketchup, and hotdogs with only ketchup. Fond memories of locking keys in cars and all of that good stuff.

 

In-N-Out is great. But I always tell people go in with the mindset of expecting a great fast food burger, and not the best burger they'll ever eat. It's wonderful for what it is, but it's not a gourmet burger you'll pay a lot for at a decent restaurant. The sauce is what makes it.

 

I hear Red Robin is really good.

 

Red Robin is delicious. They also make a peach mojito where they substitute rum with fireball and it's amazing.

 

There's a Red Robin here but I've only been like twice because it's in the suburbs and always full of screaming kids lol

 

I actually think I have been to one once out in Washington, now that I'm thinking about it. I don't remember being all that memorable? But it also looks like the closest option is Texas so won't be testing that anytime soon.

Kinda realizing I don't eat fast food burgers all that much.

 

Closest Whataburger to me is a state away, so I'm good. I haven't heard a lot of good things. I'm 15 minutes away from 2 In-N-Out's, and I'm never there. Kinda overrated, but it does hit the spot sometimes. I'd probably rather hit up a Five Guys, though.

Also, dunno what I missed, but I'm a milk fan. So. Do what you will with that.

 

Nah. It was pretty good. But it got not good.

 

Red Robin is the worst. The absolute worst.

 

I've always wanted to try Shake Shack. They opened one in Atlanta recently, maybe I'll go by and see what it's like when I visit family down there next.

 

Just realized how close we are to a new Thrice record. Holy crap.

 

I think of this every single day.

 

Thrice, letlive. and blink are going to consume me this summer.

 

I can't stand when people talk about comics or comic adaptations in a public setting. The conversations tend to go to places I can't deal with.

 

Is Thrice this week? I'm so behind, I didn't even realize the new Drake was out until this morning.
