I heard they weren’t selling copies of Science Fiction on vinyl last night? I’m curious if there is going to be a tour exclusive or not.

 

They didn't have Science Fiction, but Procrastinate had a booth with literally every other Brand New release, as well as Kevin Devine stuff, on vinyl.

 

Never listened to Nada Surf before, but just put on Let Go to give me an idea of what to expect. This is really good.

 

Did they bring back the cage/screen in front of the band last night?

 

Maybe they are waiting until the official release before selling it.

 

I think I heard my heart break a little bit when I realized Luca is missing. Still awesome though.

 

I think the thing I'm most bummed about is that they should definitely be playing Waste and to be honest I'd much rather Could Never Be Heaven or Batter Up than Soco

 

Was there a screen print show poster there?

 

-Sciene Fiction will be sold after pre-orders ship. No tour variant.

-The screen was in front of them for the first two and a half songs and the last song before encore.

-Rumor is print from each show. /200.

I’m still processsing being front row, dead center on the isle. It was surreal.

 

Preorders must be shipping soooon then.

 

With how limited their shows are i am surprised that they're waiting for the pre-orders to ship before selling the vinyl at the shows, seems like a big missed opportunity (unless theyre assuming most people who are coming to the show already pre-ordered?)

Unless they know we will be getting our preorders this week anyway and will start selling them near the end of the week

 

I'm sure I saw you. If you went all the way down the center aisle in the pit and turned left, my girlfriend and I were the 5th and 6th seat in the row.

It was insane.

 

We were right between Jesse and Kevin, also on the left. The seats between my girlfriend & I and I sssume you guys where empty until right when Brand New went on… was that you guys? I was the idiot who was in tan shorts. Haha

 

StubHub is longer offering tix to Chicago tonight. Is that because they’re sold out of does SH remove tickets 3 hours before doors?

 

Yep! That was us! I felt bad for those people who walked in right after they started playing.

 

Idk if I feel blessed or cursed that I'm one of the first shows on this tour. Great because I'm going tonight, but it's going to suck when everyone else still had their show to look forward to.

 

Anyone heading to Philly on Wednesday wanna meet up for some beers before the show?

 

I regret showing up late and missing most of Nada Surf.

This is my first show living a block away from Aragon Ballroom so it's pretty cool being able to pop over 10 minutes before showtime.

 

Checked out Nada Surfs set list on setlist.fm, and if I'm able to get into the Boston show on Friday then I really hope they keep it the same.

 

I think I want to try and get a print. I've never gotten one before.

 

Show was fun overall. I saw Glass Animals at Aragon a couple of weeks ago and had no problem with the sound but I think BN needs a better sounding room than that.

I've also been understanding the plight of short people more and more recently, and tonight I was getting pissed because I felt like the entire NBA was standing directly in front of me.

Maybe I'm totally mistaken but I feel like I don't remember them playing Soco Amaretto Lime last tour, so that was good.
