I was seated as well. The experience was unlike any I've ever had at a show. I was at the Indianapolis show though, so I was able to see everything before anyone else. Being the tour opener everything was a complete surprise. That being said the light design was out of this world. Just a simple orange with some smoke.....it's seared into my memory.

 

They were so good tonight. Really wish I could have made it to the afterparty.

Tickets have been on sale for months and I bought some nosebleeds but now they're on groupon cheaper than the tickets I bought for much better seats

Should I buy those and try to get rid of mine? I'm worried I wouldn't be able to

 

I wasn't going to go see them tonight in Philly because ticket fees doubled the cost of upper level tickets, but I was able to snag a $20 lower level one on Groupon. The band is still in really fine form, though I don't know if I would have enjoyed the stage setup in GA. Not a fan of the new album, but "Everything Now" and "Signs of Life" were pretty great. Overall, my third favorite show of theirs, behind MSG on The Suburbs tour and First Unitarian Church on the Funeral tour.

Also, there was no one there. Upper level was closed, lower level was maybe at 50%, and the floor was pretty full. They're not that big of a draw right now.

 

I'm hoping my upper level seat gets upgraded to a lower level one. Damn, I'm guessing their next tour won't be in arenas.

 

I was on one of the barriers for the Boston show. I thought the setup was going to annoy me for most of the show, but they moved around more than enough.

 

they recorded 'Mind Games' and its on spotify now.

 

Its gonna be awhile but this record is so ripe for reassessment in a few years. Wouldn't be surprised if it ends up being thought pretty highly of in 5-10 years.

 

Idk about that, but Put Your Money On Me should go down as an elite-tier Arcade Fire track. SOTY as of now for me.

 

Seeing them tonight. This is my first time, and I'm super excited. I also can't believe I'll get to see Wolf Parade: I only got to see half of their set at Shaky Knees, but it was one of the best things I saw all weekend.

I have never vehemently disagreed with something more in these forums! Probably still my favorite on the album, honestly :D

 

Yuck. Awful song. The Nagasaki stuff is so heavy handed. Can't help but cringe.

 

This is the only Arcade Fire record I've heard but I adore this album. Every time I go to try to listen to their older stuff I just end up spinning this instead.

 

Best Alternative Album nomination.

First Arcade Fire album that I think doesn't deserve it.

 

ATTN: I still like this album. Last two songs are incredible.

 

Still easily their worst album but I think it’s pretty good overall

 

I never gave this much of a chance after a couple listens.

 

My least favorite of theirs. But I still really really enjoy the hell out of it.
