Lmao, I love how "all love here" has basically become the thread's official term for redaction

 

I have to walk by his office to get to the bathroom and it's always the same thing. I'm sitting down for a minute the door opens then I hear "Hey Bub. Before I head out, there's something I've been meaning to talk to you about..."
I've asked other guys at work, and apparently I'm the only one he does this to.

Hmm, I don't know much about specific hotels, but I can tell you anything in the loop (downtown area) will cost a good amount. The Aragon is about a 25 minute drive north of there and maybe 35 or so taking the L. You can't go too wrong with anywhere between the Aragon and the loop. If you're looking for a cheaper option, you can stay out west by the O'Hare airport area and take the L into/out of the city. This is easy to do, but it'll take some time (I don't know exactly but I'd guess about an hour if you're taking the L). You could also look in Logan square/wicker park areas. I honestly don't know if there are hotels or not there. Also one last option that's kind of random, there's a Hampton Inn I believe in Rogers Park (I went to Loyola university which is in that area). It's only about a 15 minute train or Uber ride south of there to get to the Aragon. This may honestly be a good option, the only bad part is it's pretty far north in the city so it's a little far from some of the cooler areas. I don't know how much time you plan to spend actually exploring the city or if you're just coming for the show. I don't know if this was helpful or not but feel free to ask any questions and I'll try to help.

Also Air BnBs may be an option to look into. I know people find some pretty decent ones around here.

Maybe it's a weird fetish type thing and even if it isn't it's still so messed up. We really need to get to the bottom of this.

Your post makes me think of where I did my 3 week internship (now 10 years ago already). It was at a very small travel agency called Club Adventure and the only bathroom was literally in the boss's office, I know how potentially awkward that can be. After 3 weeks, he really wanted me to stay on and hire me (they desperately wanted more young agents) but I decided to go with another offer instead and he was disappointed/pissed. That's not the only factor that went into my decision obviously but I'd be lying if I said that it didn't play a part. During my internship I remember being so uncomfortable about it that if I had to go the bathroom I would literally go outside and there was some places nearby. The agency was in the By Ward Market a lovely area in Ottawa and I would go in the Times Square building lol not quite as big as the Times Square in NYC but definitely bigger and less awkward than that tiny travel agency.

 

So I was curious how the album would sound with my 2 least favorite songs removed. So I made a playlist without Can't get it out and No control. Without Can't get it out the first part of the album felt too heavy and started to drag a bit. Desert straight into 451 was cool though.
Playlist deleted, I won't commit that sin again.

I should probably just talk to him about it. He might not realize how weird it is, he was in the Navy for like 20 years. Maybe living in close quarters on a ship, that was just a common practice. Who knows.

 

I'm trying to catch up on what I've missed over the past few hours but I want to see what's happening now and I'm working backwards. I feel like I'm in Memento. Ok, back to page 425.

 

This bathroom story in reverse is actually pretty suspenseful.
