Man, I hope this holds up to My Everything.

 

Maybe this'll be the album where I enjoy at least the bulk of, as opposed to just a bit over half

 

Ooh sweet. Her albums have been good but have never stuck with me for more than the first couple of weeks after release. I'm sure that'll be the case with this too, but that's not necessarily the worst thing.

Either I'm just used to it now or she's singing a lot clearer and annunciating more. I like this a lot.

 

I cannot wait to hear this whole album. I got an early Brandy vibe. Such a good song.

This is such a groovy little track, impossible not to do the slow-head bob along with it. I think I like!

 

I have a feeling that I'll be playing this a lot during the summer.

 

wonder if focus will be relegated to bonus track status or even show up at all. thank god it wasn't the lead anymore though

 

definitely sounds like she has improved her enunciation, might be the tempo of the song allowed her to take her time a bit more with it?

I think the tempo has a lot to do with it.

I have always been a casual fan and I can't get over how big of a jam this is. I have had it on repeat since I got home.

Also I love the restraint in this song. It stays pretty coiled until the guitar solo (!) and then she just RIPS. It's a veteran move.

 

I might even take my phone off vibrate and download it as a ringtone. That's serious biz right there.
