That's my like 6th favorite Anderson film hah still a great watch though

 

I just saw it on the big screen the other night and it was incredible. See it that way while you have the chance!

Also, since we have Jeff Nichols fans in here I'll take the opportunity to brag about meeting him a couple of times two weeks ago and he was super nice.

 

DO IT! So worth it!

I don't watch many movies. I always have a list that I intend to get to, but I never do and always end up getting sucked into TV shows instead.

It's funny because the reason I say I don't watch movies is that they're too much of a commitment, but I have absolutely no problem binge watching a show for 8 hours straight.

 

I'm going through all the HP movies right now. My girlfriend is a super fan. Azkaban >>>>>>

 

2 hour movie? That's WAY too long! 4 45 minute episodes? LET'S GO!

 

Also tbh that list wasn't even a joke. Like I would just replace a few Harry Potters with some Star Wars movies and it is 100% seriously my favorite movie list, including Pirates of the Caribbean.

I've never seen a Harry Potter movie. I love the first Pirates though, and watch it frequently. My 2 year old greets people by saying Ello Poppet.

Just turned 6 July 27th!

 

The longest movie is the first Lord of the Rings. I couldn't make it through and didn't even try watching the others.

 

Nice! Hopefully you get to watch them soon. Two of my favorite movies for sure. If you haven't seen In The Bedroom, I recommend that one too. By the same director as Little Children. It's his first movie.

 

Return of the King is longer I believe, and it really messes with you because there's at least 2-3 parts where you expect it to end and then it just goes for another half hour.

Currently binging Shameless, which is way better than I expected.

 

I'm a huge fan of the Gos (if you couldn't already tell from the list.) That film really got me into his work when he got the Oscar nomination!

 

Shameless was great but ever since Debbie started getting so much screen time I just can't do it anymore. Don't think I watched any of the last 2 seasons

 

I miss Fringe.

 

shameless is great. how is breaking bad not on that list but BCS is?

I tried to watch mad men once, watched 3 episodes fell asleep in all 3.

 

I liked Shamless, but it really gets tiresome after a while. Too many ridiculous plot developments

 

Better Call Saul but no Breaking Bad wtf man.
