Built This Pool sounded awesome though, haha.

 

I like a lot of songs off Neighborhoods, particularly the first half of the album. It just fell a bit flat overall. I do agree that it gets more hate than it deserves though.

 

@Richter915 this is sounding more and more like it's shaping up to be the record we wanted it to be. Hooray!

 

Not exactly all at the same show...one half of the tour was blink/Weezer/Taking Back Sunday and the other half was blink/Fall Out Boy/Panic! at the Disco. Both great halves, I wish I could have seen both. But wasn't at all disappointed with Weezer and TBS at my show.

If there's ever another forum members' blink cover album thing, I'd like to call formal dibs on "built this pool." I can have it ready in the next ten minutes.

 

I love that there are joke songs. This was the Blink I fell in love with, and the Blink I always wanted back. You can be 40 years old and still be immature and have a sense of humor. Nothing wrong with that.

I can't believe there's actually people that are genuinely upset that there are joke songs, to the point that they're going to delete them from their itunes immediately when the album releases. They're less than 30 seconds long and are all in good fun. Lighten up people.

 

Haven't been into ordering tickets for awhile, I pre-ordered the album on iTunes yesterday... does that mean I can get in on the pre-order presales 5/2? Or is that for a different package, because I plan on ordering the vinyl/merch bundle too.

 

Just heard Built This Pool. I'll take joke songs over interludes. Thought that's what they'd turn out to be.

 

I was really hoping for some merch bundles to go up this morning. I don't wanna just pre order a digital copy

 

I would think the early ticket access to pre-orders would be included in one of the physical bundles once they launch those, and not on iTunes. Ready for them to go up!

 

Right? I kept Love Is Dangerous on my iTunes and that's a 4:26 joke song.

Same. The most limited pressing of Neighborhoods was sold at Interpunk so keep your eyes peeled. I just want a pink LP, I don't care much about the pressing numbers.

 

Does anyone see the san antonia date listed on ticket master? Or have a link to some place that may have the information for that date? I'm not seeing it. I know it will probably be up eventually but I'm impatient. Haha.

 

Looks like a trend for most dates.. but this is for Boston (Mansfield).
