I mean I think if he had used Hiroshima in the line we could say that, but Nagasaki is the bomb that should have never happened. The war was over, it's something that we try to forget happened, it's not talked about much at all. We did a very bad thing.. I think that's why it carries weight.

Y'all think they will have a touring guitarist with them by any chance? Brand New tracks are traditionally layered pretty thick, but some of these songs have so much going on that I can comprehend them sounding full with just Jesse and Vin.

I don't think the lines are inherently bad but it's going to vary from person to person how readily they buy into what Jesse tries to sell through the lyrics.

Like how someone can watch Lord of The Rings or something like that and immediately dial into the story and others are more along the lines of thinking it's ridiculous.

    Sad day

Could Never be Heaven and Desert are my two favorites.

I can understand why someone would dislike them though, they are more basic compared to the rest of the album.

I can't comprehend someone not like 137 but to each their own I guess.

No Control is the only song that doesn't stand out to me really.

I like Batter Up a lot but would not really put it on unless I was listening to the full album.

451 is still the one that just floors me when it comes on. It lights something up inside me.

And I truly love all the other songs I didn't mention.

No control is the worst song but the album feels like it would be incomplete without it for some reason. And I do really enjoy the production on the song, it's probably the simplest song they have written since YFW.

I agree 100% with you. No Control is the only one that doesn't stick out to me and 451 still blows me away. Well the whole album outside of No Control still blows me away really.

I feel like No Control is the one song on the album that could have been replaced. Everything else fits very well but I felt like they could have come up with something better in the place of No Control.

It's probably bc I've heard it so many times but, the album doesn't work without a quick simple rock song there. Helps break up desert and 451. It's my least favorite song but I'm glad it's there

I think it's a good song just not nearly as good as the other 11 songs.
