I think six straight double-digit win seasons, at least nine wins in eight of the last 10 years, at least eight wins in 10 of the last 12 years and recruiting rankings of: 16 last year, 11 in 2016, 9 in 2015, 16 in 2014, 15 in 2013, 20 in 2012, and 10 in 2011. If that's not meeting the definition of an elite program, then I don't know what criteria is used for being 'elite.'

I think the Vols could go 7-5 or 9-3. The talent is there, but it's hard to trust Butch.

I'm expecting another abysmal season for MSU

I think Georgia takes the East this season.

Depth will be a problem for sure. I think the upside is like 6 wins, to be honest. That said, they could win 3 and I wouldn't be surprised, either. The ship will get righted, I think. Just shows how hard it is to stay on top of the conference. Also sucks having Harbaugh/Meyer in the conference loading talent upon talent.

Man, I can't wait for MAC football. I'm bummed I'll be out of town when Western Michigan comes to MSU; that's the only Spartans game I wanted to go to so I could watch WMU beat them on the road.

11-1 for UW. I want to say 12-0 but am scared to curse them.

They will be favored in every game but closer to the game date, will probably be picked against @Stanford in November.

    UW-USC Pac-12 title game.

I have them falling to Colorado. They'll go into Stanford thinking it's their trap game and then lose to the Buffs.

Well the Colorado game is 9/23. Stanford is 11/10.

Not too worried about Colorado because while they lost a lot to the NFL, they also lost Jim Leavitt who made that thing go---who is now in Oregon as the DC. I think last year, UW showed that their depth was just too much for Colorado to hang around with and expect that again this year.

BUT! I will be nervous for that one since it's in Boulder and UWs first Pac-12 game.

    The rivalry is back on

I think this is the year, but I've thought the past few seasons (excluding last year) were the year too so idk.

They aren't upset proof by any means, but they are the clear favorite imo. The East though will be fun. Every team, except maybe Missouri and SC can compete in any given game.

Any of y'all doing the massive pick em sheet that @Thomas Nassiff put together?

    That is pretty cool but....

Does UW lose to Stanford or do they not?

I think he may have meant USC in that last statement.

I'm obviously a UW fan first and foremost but I graduated from both UW and PSU so I can tolerate that scenario although UW is my primary.

Huh things I didn't know. So are you from Washington originally, went to PSU for school, then move back?

My family is from Western PA. I was born/raised between Idaho/Utah/Pennsylvania (weird, I know). I joined the military right after high school shortly after 9/11 and was stationed here in the Seattle area until I got out in 2009. Immediately enrolled here at UW, graduated in Aug 2013, started my MPA through PSU's World Campus six days after walking and finished that back in May 2015.

I haven't actually lived in PA since I was....14, I think it is but I was raised on Philly sports despite my families Western PA roots.
