    no but its the same reason emo has undergone a critical reevaluation. the people who grew up on that stuff are the ones writing now.

    Only thing about 137 that brings Nirvana to mind for me is the riff kinda reminds me of Heart Shaped Box a little.

    I didn't think of Nirvana but the first time I heard 137 i thought the chorus sounded like an off kilter or "darker" version of Giving Up the Gun by Vampire Weekend. These guys just can't stop ripping people off!
