Has been my "Fight Of Your Demons" aka LP3 for BN since they remastered the demos... I also edited Luca (Reprisal) onto the end of Handcuffs as a hidden track and added Out Of Range on Daisy as the last track.

I tried Mene into Nightmare into Science Fiction and it was solid, and the dream/nightmare combo is great... even though honestly don't need those two tracks anywhere this magnificent and very complete/perfect album.

After 4/5 days of listening No Control and Waster have risen the ranks. Water and Desert are also hitting the sweet spots I missed/wasn't feeling originally.

The end to Same Logic might be my favorite thing to shout along with Jesse since Luca or Archers.

Oh, this album is such a delight. I can't believe 8 years of hype personally was surpassed.

 

No but but it does remind me of Turnpike because they're both top tier songs from their respective discographies

 

yes, lots of parts of the album give me No Dev vibes, though it's often more aesthetic reasons than anything

Jesses accident prone cover is a top 10 brand new recording

 

I liked that album when it came out, but it wasn't until like two weeks ago that I fully recognized that it's their best record probably. It was that and A Black Mile on repeat till this baby hit us

It's my favorite Thursday album as well it's just incredible

 

Is Brian or Garrett the more underrated member? Both are excellent but don't get the attention they deserve. But Brian especially. Like I haven't really seen anyone praise how good his playing is on this...and honestly he is on another level here IMO. Love his stuff on 451

I still remember being so excited when Nightmare came out hah. the guitar tones are so much better on this record than that song... Still I wonder how I would have received that record.
