Are there many other bands that are worth the huge amount of hype they attract like Brand New do? I really can't think of many.

 

same logic is the early favorite for me, with 4-5 right behind it. only songs i don't care for are can't get it out and no control.

 

“Out of Range” is probably the closest of the new songs we’ve heard since Daisy.

I honestly was sat on Thursday morning thinking I feel Brand New will release an album today but I can't see how I could enjoy it more than After The Party by Menzingers. How wrong I was. This has blown every other album of the last decade aside other than 59 Sound, which is probably in my top 5 ever. I have had a few lagers though as I type in fairness, but I feel this could be up there.

 

Yeah lol Drake posted a picture of him with Dave East on his Instagram like a week ago, definitely not a no-name rapper.

Anyway I haven't heard this yet and I'm salty af

 

At this point In the Water is probably my favorite track with 137 close behind. What I love about In the Water so much is that it doesn't sound like a song we'd ever hear from Brand New. It almost has some old school country vibes on it.

Been playing non stop, absolutely love this. Not sure on any favorite songs yet to early for me to decide.

It'd be sweet if they just sent the returned limited vinyl to some random fans that bought the standard vinyl. What a surprise that'd be

 

waiting for this same email now. ordered 2 accidentally but was going to give #2 to my roommate. oh well.

 

If I get to see them live on their eventual final tour I really hope they close with Batter Up. Seems like the perfect goodbye song.

I'd take it but when this band goes out it should be with a stage destroying rendition of You Won't Know.

 

I'd take both of those over CGO if I had to pretty easily.

 

Remember when they said they wanted to write a happy sounding record? Lol

 

Yeahhhh. Last time I saw them they closed with like a 10 minute version of You Won't Know and it was pretty incredible

 

Maybe not Tommy Gun, but my unpopular opinion is that Spinlight is one of the worst Deja songs.
