Couple of Los Angeles area Facebook pages are teasing a Monday announcement for The Misfits. Maybe an LA show on December 30?

EDIT: Hollywood Palladium shared Live Nation LA's photo. Most likely a show there.

 

New hundredth is so boring. I tried, not doing it for me.

 

Still no NYC/NJ show? That's incredibly weird.

Hundredth is just bad in general

 

It seems like Rams Head would be too small for a Misfits reunion. Hollywood Palladium is 3700.

 

I liked that new Hundredth record quite a bit, but I could barely make it through half a song of them at Warped.

 

From videos I've seen they just look bored. Which isn't a good sign for the future. Bad record sales/reception to new album, bored while playing it live, dwindling crowds. Won't be surprised if they break up in a year or two. They don't have the funds to be a studio only band.

 

I really hope there will be a tour, but it seems like LA is the only thing being teased right now.

 

There were days NO ONE actually watched them this year. they were one of the biggest draws in 2015 having bump up after bump up and to now be playing to 0 people must be rough expecially for a singer who has one of the biggest egos.

 

This doesn't really have anything to do with tours, but I know that people in this forum being curious about what was going on with the BAAO/Equal Vision drama. I mean I guess now that they're releasing this that we'll get new tours from them.

 

I don't know about you all, but I'm stoked for Lana Del Rey's world tour announcement.

Do you know what first week scans looked like? I assume not good. I don't know how good the scans for Free would be either. I just don't think they were that big to begin with. The critical reception to the record has been mostly good from people/critics who actually gave it a chance. Clearly Warped is the wrong audience for these songs, and I think it's pretty easy to get discouraged playing for 50 kids.

For the record, saw them at Warped in Boston and Hartford and at both dates Chad remarked that this was one of the most receptive cities and seemed really enthusiastic about the response.

He said on Shane Told's podcast that he knows that this is all a huge risk, and he knows that the draw is gonna be poor for a Shoegaze band on Warped. Also, please post your proof of Chadwick's "biggest ego". The guy seems very quiet and almost shy. Never heard anyone say anything contradicting this

 

Hundredth was the worst band I saw at warped tour.

 

Haven't seen first week scans or sales but I imagine it's down from what they usually get. I agree 100 percent with them being not that big to begin with. It's not like BMTH where they had a built in massive audience to begin with.

 

i left after two songs. Soooo boring. I like some shoegaze but hundredth doing it don't work.

 

And he's a Dr. so he knows his stuff.

They're an awful band anyways.
