I love that album. "Devil" is the best track on there.

 

Love Devil. I think First Vision is my favorite on the album, though. Some of the lyrics on that one hit home.

Did you hear Neon Trees are releasing a song this week? Excited, but bummed he never got the chance to tour on the solo album.

Yeah, I was looking forward to a tour of the solo stuff. I never got into Neon Trees, even though they're from my town and everyone else I know always loved them. His solo record was the first Neon Trees related thing that actually grabbed hold of me. The lyric "I found myself when I lost my faith" is what sold me on it.

 

Hopefully it doesn't get canceled.

Yes it's corny as hell but if you think it will work go with it. Maybe add a few 'nananas' or 'whoas' at the end of that line for impact.

 

Well this slightly cheers me up. My girlfriend (soon to hopefully be fiancé) surprised me with tickets to see Starset in October....at the same place Blink was supposed to play lol.

Though they're the opener for some band named Halestorm. Never heard of them.

 

It's a sign, she's a keeper.

 

We should all be there and do gang vocals!

 

FYI, Halestorn is butt rock at its finest lol.

Listening to the new gospel youth a LOT, Mayer, haim, Garth brooks, and flirting more with apple music’s curated playlists. Was anyone else super stoked on and then super let down by the dreamcar record? Spun it literally one time all the way thru. Had all the makings of a great record except great songs.

 

Does anyone want me to try and grab something for them at that pop up shop? It doesn't seem likely I'll be able to grab more than 2 of any specific thing and when it comes to those vinyl bunnies, maybe even only one of each color, but I'll give it a shot for anyone that wants one. You can pp me the money+shipping which shouldn't be but a few dollars. Those things don't look too big.

 

Has what they're selling been revealed? I'd love to get my son something

Looking for help with the Chicago vinyl variant from the Rotofugi collection. If anyone can help it'd be greatly appreciated. Trying to keep my vinyl collection complete for CA.

Side note: I'm traveling there with a carry on so smaller things and shirts/jackets I can grab. Large things like records and posters that need to be in tubes, I can not.
