This has been one of the most fun games I've watched all playoffs so far. Surprised it's been this close, tbh.

  2. Luke Walton?

  3. Bye bye.

Damn man. There was a slight hope there at the end. Oh well, the sweep was expected.

I'm not sure Luke leaves Golden State just yet.

  6. I wonder. That would be interesting at least. Seems premature for him IMHO tho. Dunno what he could do with that team, big difference than his run with GsW.

Despite the sweep, Cavs-Pistons was actually pretty competitive and kind of fun. I wish Detroit could have pushed it to five.

Got my flight, missed the rest of the games, but the thought of Luke Walton coaching the Lakers is fun.

    They'd never do it tho

I don't think it matters quite yet for the Lakers. They are not a complete picture in terms of their roster. I think some good options will open up once they sign free agents and if they land a high draft pick. That team is definitely in a holding pattern of sorts.

I really hate the whole "hire the assistant coach from the team with the best record" thing in pro sports. Does anybody actually think Walton contributed to the Warriors success? They could've had an empty seat there and been wildly successful.

I think Walton will be a good head coach, just not right now. With GSW he didn't really have to do much developing of players. They were already all ridiculously good and meshed together well.

Between the Cavs, Pistons, Pacers, and Bucks - the central division is going to be pretty tough in a few years.

i'm writing a book, leave me alone.

I don't know if it's just me / my Macbook but these Vine clips only show the top half and I can't get the whole thing to show unless I open the video in a new tab. Is this just how it is or am being a goober and missing something?

  16. Even if you refresh? I've noticed that a few times.

  17. I was wondering that earlier ... how much longer do we say that the East has an easier road to the Finals? One year? Two? Zero?

A lot of teams looking at Celtics assistant coach. Nets were in the building last night. Wouldn't be surprised to see the Lakers sniff around too.

The Lakers can have DFish. There are a lot more concerning things with him coaching an NBA team beyond the X's & O's at this point. I would be very hesitant as an owner or management group to bring him into the mix right now.

Definitely wouldn't want DFish as a leader of a locker room.

The last thing the Lakers need is Derek Fisher leading them.
