I think Blackburn have been wise with their transfer dealings so far. Seem to be buying good league one players. Think you may bounce back at the first attempt.

Steven Caulker is someone whose career has really gone awry. He looked like he was going to be a really solid fixture and then QPR happened.

 

The only transfer business I want Ajax to do is try & bring Timothy Fosu-Mensah in on loan. There is absolutely nothing linking us with him - it's just a pipe dream as he'd never come back - but Ajax have got rid of 3 good defenders and not bothered to replace them, and TFM can play pretty much anywhere across the back 4 and in midfield if needed.

 

Doubt that'll happen. Would say he's a squad member for us this season.

 

Pretty sure Mou see's him as a back up RB. Could see him getting plenty on minutes in the league/ cups what with European fixtures to worry about too.

 

He was top scorer at an under-21 European championships for France I believe so we signed him. Turns out him actually scoring was a freak accident.

Caulker has had pretty serious gambling and alcohol addiction throughout his career. He's been getting help this year but I don't think moving away from London would do him good.

He's be another I'd love to see at Wednesday if he could put his problems behind him.
