As someone who's overall favorite album is still probably 'Sigh No More', this stings a little lol. I still feel like a scorned lover...oh Mumford, you are such a stranger to me now.

My deluxe pre-order arrived an hour ago. Currently rocking out and three tracks into it.

Quite glad that I pre-ordered this one...they're BACK

I pre-ordered the CD from Amazon because I have a gift card and now it's saying it won't be released until Aug. 4....probably cuz I'm Canadian.

Are those from the photobook? they look ripped out. Interesting that The Alien is black and white and not in color.

Really excited to buy those posters when they are for sale.

Is the vinyl download code any higher quality than a standard MP3?

Yeah, the photobook looks sweet, but I can't stand that gold cover or the gold vinyl itself. I wish there was a photobook with the regular album cover and the non-gold deluxe vinyl.

I want to listen through again immediately, but probably won't get the chance until tomorrow.

 

Yeah defo looks more like "caramel" than gold. I started listening to this but got to "Lead, SD" and have to go out and I don't wanna half-arse my first listen so gonna dedicate some good time to it tonight.

What I heard in first three songs, I adored massively though. I'd held off listening to anything past "The Gold" (albeit relentlessly) and "The Alien" (just a few times).

 

Ok The Wolf is dope.

 

gotta listen many, many more times but my first impression is incredibly positive
