If you knew I was dying, would you share the wealth?

The sunshine is sort of what "be gone" should have been for brand new.

    RIP Supporter

Seeing Where Have You Been live for the first time like this kind of ruined future versions of it for me.

Also, Tim kind of kills ILAVLAC songs for me, but I'll spare you guys that stupid rant..

Edit: I don't know how in the fuck I've never seen this video before but this is probably right up there with the 2007 version.

So a recent Paste magazine review of the album said The Mistake was like the same exact melody of Movin' Out by Billy Joel? And I can absolutely hear it...and can't unhear it.

That second video you shared is actually the only version I listen too.

I mean that melody is sort of old timing sounding so it doesn't surprise me, sort of sounds like a borrowed melody. Which makes it sort of a cool, different song for the band. The sunshine melody sort of sounds like a borrowed melody too.

I don't know the song, so not too worried about that, but I stopped reading that review after this line:

"2009’s Mean Everything To Nothing was the new generation’s answer to Pinkerton, with the 2011 follow-up Simple Math serving as the best Built To Spill album Doug Martsch never wrote."

Top 5 live songs of theirs from my experiences seeing them would be

    "Where Have You Been?"
    "Simple Math"
    "Pride"
    "Shake It Out"
    "The River"

My fiancée loved the record too, she's a die hard Manchester fan not sure if that makes people feel any better about it

I'm honestly shocked that this hasn't leaked yet. Good for the band, though!

I want a lossless copy of this as soon as I can get it.

Everything people are saying about the production is making me more excited than anything.

It would be nice if I could listen to this on my 45 min drive to work tomorrow ;) or if the $100 gold bundle came with a two day early download.

  18. I saw Andy tweeted 'I would suggest headphones' and thought for sure in the hour since I last checked the thread that it was out there. what a let down
