Right? As one of the 4 people in this thread who don't have the album, it's not offering anything new for me.

 

I have a lot of vinyl, but the only time I've ever listened to an album on vinyl for a first listen was Modest Mouse Strangers to Ourselves. Other than that, I always buy/listen to vinyl after I've already listened to it digitally or on CD. Not sure how I'm going to play this the first time. Ideally, i'd download it, put it on my iPod and then go for a long drive.

 

Just received a shipping notification for the repress of METN.

 

I received an odd shipping notice from Manual Orders for my normal Black Mile vinyl but not one for the Gold Bundle yet.

I've never seen them use that before. Usually comes straight from their store email page.

(Also, sort of worried my Gold bundle hasn't been confirmed yet!) maybe they actually did get my email about packaging them together to save them on costs

What service are these shipping through? Hoping it's not USPS, because that means I won't get it until Monday at the earliest.

Haven't received mine yet either. I hope I'm not delayed because I ordered the non-Gold vinyl and then the CD package that included everything else from the Gold bundle.

Yeah i'm craving getting my Gold bundle. That book looks freaking beautiful and I really just need to know its on its way haha

 

I waited until a couple weeks ago to order, and it's from loma vista not the direct MO store, so not sure if it's shipping today.

 

My ILAV and METN represses came in the mail today. Can't wait to spin them tonight.

 

I use Spotify so even if it doesn't get here on Friday I'll still "have it" I guess.

I am so ready for this album. I have managed to only listen to The Gold.

 

Received my METN and ILAV represses today. Shipped USPS Priority Mail on 7/21. Good sign for our preorders that it arrived so quickly.
