I want to try out Salmon run.

 

Yeah I'll definitely do the single player stuff until I get more comfortable with it. Last weekend was my first Splatoon experience and I was incredibly bad, ha. Salmon run does look super rad, though.

 

I'm hoping it'll download quick enough that I can do some multiplayer matches before bed. Then after work tomorrow I'll go into single player.

Nearly done downloading as I continue to watch the OW world cup matches. And only one charge appearing on my card so far. So hopefully bullet dodged there.

There are definitely connection issues, beware.

 

Kinda bummed I won't be able to get Splatoon 2 for another week at minimum, though you'll need at least that much of a head start to have a shot at beating me ;)

 

geez this game is brutal.

All three of my matches have been my team getting slaughtered.

 

I read somewhere that they were doing online maintenance for switch right before the splatoon launch. Maybe that's what was the issue? Wasn't sure what time they were doing it though.

 

Yeah it wasn't NoA, but also not really something that mattered to me as either way A.) the eshop was crazy down at midnight and B.) I won't be able to play until tonight either way hahah
