So I've never really liked The Killers for whatever reason. I was listening to Gaslight in the car with a friend who doesn't listen to that kind of music and he said it sounded like The Killers. Instantly made me hate them even more lol.

 

I'm not a huge Killers fan but Mr Brightside is a perfect song.

 

Like....2004 feels ancient to me, and somehow they're still killing it with that one song hahah.

 

I've always said, The Killers are the most inconsistent popular band ever.

 

of course. There's metal, there's punk, pop punk, there's grunge.

TRASH OPINION

 

I was listening to Weezer's Make Believe yesterday, and after track 6 was prepared to come in here talking about how it's actually a good album.

Unfortunately, I listened to the last 6 songs. I've never listened to an album that got so shitty so quickly lol

 

The Killers are one of those bands where I feel like life is too short for me to develop an opinion on them

 

I'm not a big fan of Fleet Foxes either.

 

I swear I'd know your posts even if your name wasn't next to them.

 

mine's the 1975, actually about 80% of the artists described here tbh

Haven't heard the debut, but I didn't like their second album or this new one.

 

I need to write a "Deep Thoughts" style book

 

I'd release it in paper back, hard cover, and audiobook. Audiobook would be nice.

 

Actually surprised you didn't at least like the song "Helplessness Blues."

Their debut is my favorite record of theirs, personally. You might like that one more.

 

Fleet Foxes' first album is one of my favorites of the '00's. The second album was a step down but I still like it an awful lot.

 

Helplessness Blues is a perfect song.
