Spoken from a position of ignorance about British politics, but:

This doesn't seem significantly better than a two-party system in terms of splitting up votes.

 

They have first past the post voting like we do.

 

RE:standing after a punch. I once headbutted someone. Not on purpose. A baseball accident. His chin to my nose. Hurt alot worse than any punch to the face I've recieved. He was alot bigger than me. He flew backwards to the ground. I stayed standing up. My nose broke and he was just fine lol.

 

Fights are awfully goofy, ungainly things.

 

What am I missing that's a success, have we ever had a war on "thing" that we can say "oh it works?"

War on drugs. Massive failure.
